Office Solutions IT Acquired by Evergreen | Technology M&A Deal

Evergreen has acquired Office Solutions IT, a managed services msp business in Australia, for $8.8M. Evergreen acquisitions add on acquisition expands its Lyra Technology Group footprint with MSP services supporting 1,000 small and midsize businesses and more than 20,000 users across Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne. Office Solutions IT acquisition brings 30 years of IT support operations and a recurring managed services msp delivery model, with three prior acquisitions completed in the last four years. The technology M&A deal is an add on acquisition announced in 2026, led by private equity ownership, and is Evergreen’s largest A/NZ acquisition to date, including OSIT’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
