Datavault AI has completed the acquisition of Datavault AI, an enterprise software business in Pennsylvania, for $2.0 billion. Datavault AI provides data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization technologies used for digital asset exchanges and blockchain infrastructure. The acquisition supports a recapitalisation acquisition structure by pairing secured financing with an approximately $2.0 billion portfolio of fixed income securities held in an investment vehicle. The technology M&A is rumoured as a dilutive structured financing term sheet, with a proposed share purchase price range of $1.55 to $2.00 per common share and an exclusive global tokenization mandate routed through Datavault AI’s patented platform.
