Nextview Consulting has acquired POLE Consulting, a enterprise software business in Sweden, for $X. POLE Consulting is a boutique Salesforce consulting firm that delivers design-led implementation and engineering for customers in Sweden, strengthening Nextview Consulting acquisitions in the Nordics. Nextview Consulting aims to expand its Salesforce delivery capacity by integrating POLE’s senior Salesforce experts into its Nordics team and building an Agentforce Hub for AI-first agentic process optimization and managed services. The technology M&A is an add-on acquisition under private equity acquisition strategy, with POLE’s founders taking key roles post-close. Nextview Consulting acquisitions are expected to accelerate demand for Agentforce and Data360 capabilities as the combined team operates with 200+ Salesforce specialists and 1,500 certifications across seven European countries.
