Quortex Acquired by Lumine Group | Technology M&A Deal

Lumine Group has agreed to acquire Quortex, an enterprise software business in the UK, for an undisclosed amount. Quortex provides video network software for operators, broadcasters, and media companies, supporting video processing, broadcast delivery, and live streaming workflows. Lumine Group acquisitions aim to deepen its media supply chain presence by adding cloud and AI-enabled video capabilities to its communications and media software portfolio. The carve out acquisition is Lumine Group’s 16th corporate carve-out transaction and will be operated independently under the Quortex product name, following completion of this private equity acquisition agreement.
