Lumine Group Completes Acquisition of Synchronoss

Lumine Group has completed its acquisition of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. Synchronoss (Nasdaq: SNCR) is a personal cloud solutions provider for global communications operators, with a portfolio anchored by operator-branded personal cloud services.

Synchronoss, incorporated in 2000, evolved from service activation solutions and completed a cloud-first transformation in recent years to strengthen its core business and align with communications service provider needs. Synchronoss’ SaaS cloud platform supports onboarding processes and subscriber engagement, which the company says can improve revenue streams, reduce expenses, and shorten time-to-market.
