FG Communities Acquires Two Asheville Communities

FG Communities has completed its acquisition of two manufactured housing communities in Asheville, North Carolina, totaling 45 homesites. The acquisitions expand FG Communities’ Asheville footprint, bringing its local portfolio to seven communities.

FG Communities describes its strategy as preserving and improving affordable housing by acquiring and operating manufactured housing communities. The company also reports a broader portfolio of 82 properties with more than 3,500 homesites owned or pending acquisition.
