Community in Asheville Acquired by FG Communities | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

FG Communities has completed the acquisition of Community in Asheville, a real estate services other business in North Carolina, for an undisclosed amount. FG Communities acquires Community in Asheville to expand its manufactured housing community footprint in East Asheville, supporting affordable housing preservation and resident quality of life. The add on acquisition strengthens FG Communities acquisitions across Western North Carolina amid housing-constrained demand and limited new supply. As a private equity acquisition, the real estate services M&A deal is closed and adds to FG Communities’ growing portfolio of communities, increasing its presence to eight communities in the Asheville market.
