Spear Street Capital has completed the acquisition of 74 Eighth Avenue, a real estate services other business in New York, for $51 million. Spear Street Capital acquisitions expand its office property portfolio with a 10-story, 30,000-square-foot West Village asset at the corner of Eighth Avenue and West 14th Street. The property includes retail space leased to Wells Fargo, supporting income generation for NY acquisitions in Manhattan real estate services deals. The divestiture acquisition is a private equity acquisition announced at a $50M–$100M size range, with the purchase price reported around $50.5 million and a per-square-foot figure near $1,683. Seller G4 Capital Partners divested the building after it last traded in 2019 for $18 million.
