Robotech Automation Acquired by GE Vernova | Technology M&A Deal

GE Vernova has acquired Robotech Automation, a technology other business in Massachusetts, for an undisclosed amount. GE Vernova acquisitions add robotics and automation systems integration capabilities, while Robotech Automation provides customized automation solutions through in-house design, engineering, and integration supported by manufacturing partners. Based near Montreal, Quebec, Robotech Automation employs about 35 people and supports active supply chain projects with GE Vernova that can be integrated into GE’s Advanced Research Center robotics deployment. The GE Vernova acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition and a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, expanding technology M&A activity and MA acquisitions in robotics and automation. A definitive agreement was announced, with deal terms and timing not disclosed.
