Robotech Automation Acquired by GE Vernova | Manufacturing M&A Deal

GE Vernova has acquired Robotech Automation, a industrial equipment business in Massachusetts. Robotech Automation is a specialized robotics and automation systems integrator that designs, engineers, and integrates customized automation solutions for manufacturing customers. Based near Montreal, Quebec, Robotech supports GE Vernova robotics deployment through proprietary automation systems and a network of trusted manufacturing partners. The GE Vernova acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition and represent a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer to accelerate robotics and automation capabilities within its Advanced Research Center. The manufacturing M&A deal is announced and involves a private company with about 35 employees, with integration supported by ongoing supply chain projects.
