Flowserve Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Trillium Flow Technologies Valves Division, a provider of mission-critical valves and actuators used in nuclear, traditional power, industrial, and critical infrastructure applications.
Flowserve reported fourth-quarter bookings of $1.2 billion and full-year bookings of $4.7 billion, including approximately $400 million in nuclear awards. The company reported $506 million of full-year cash from operations and initiated 2026 guidance and 2030 financial targets.
