Viant Technology has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TVision Insights, a enterprise software business in the United States. Viant Technology acquires TVision Insights to expand its analytics and audience measurement capabilities, supporting data-driven marketing and connected TV insights. TVision Insights provides technology for collecting and analyzing viewing and advertising performance data, strengthening Viant Technology’s enterprise software offering.
