Steele Raymond Acquires Williams Thompson Practice

Steele Raymond has acquired Williams Thompson, a long-established Christchurch practice, to strengthen its regional presence in Dorset and expand specialist legal support for Christchurch and nearby areas. The deal adds Williams Thompson’s Christchurch offices to Steele Raymond’s platform while maintaining a local presence.

Williams Thompson is known for family law, residential property, and private client matters. Steele Raymond will broaden services for those clients, including corporate, commercial, disputes, estate planning, and tax. Managing Partner Jennifer Rogerson said the acquisition builds on momentum from Steele Raymond’s Reeves James acquisition in May.
