Zhituo Software Acquired by Bio Essence | Technology M&A Deal

Bio Essence has completed the acquisition of Zhituo Software, a enterprise software business in Hong Kong, for $3,500,000. Zhituo Software provides MediFlow AI software assets, including technology formerly known as AcuVital, used for development and utilization of the platform. Bio Essence acquires Zhituo Software to expand its enterprise software acquisition portfolio and strengthen its technology M&A capabilities in Hong Kong. The other acquisition is structured through an assignment of rights related to restricted common stock issuance, with 7,000,000 shares planned as consideration. The strategic acquisition is announced and valued under $10M, with the purchase price to be satisfied via restricted stock rather than cash.
