Zhituo Software Acquired by Bio Essence | Technology M&A Deal

Bio Essence has agreed to acquire Zhituo Software, a enterprise software business in California, for $3,500,000. Bio Essence acquisitions focus on the MediFlow AI platform, including software source code, object code, APIs, databases, algorithms, and related technical documentation. Zhituo Software provides an AI-enabled software platform previously known as AcuVital, supporting enterprise software acquisition needs for technology M&A in CA. The divestiture acquisition is structured as an asset purchase agreement between public company acquisition buyer Bio Essence and Hong Kong-based seller Zhituo Software, with board consent and CEO authorization to execute.
