Link Logistics, backed by Blackstone, sold a fully leased Class A industrial development at 588 Crenshaw Boulevard in Torrance, California for $123 million. The asset totals 265,418 square feet and includes about 15,000 square feet of office space.
The buyer is an entity run by Christina K. Wong, president of Golden Star Trading. Next Level Apparel leases the entire property. The buyer also secured a $91 million acquisition loan from Madison Realty Capital.
