Amplitude Vascular Systems Acquired by Stryker | Healthcare M&A Deal

Stryker has completed the acquisition of Amplitude Vascular Systems, a medical devices business in Michigan, for $0.88. Stryker acquires Amplitude Vascular Systems to expand its peripheral vascular portfolio with next-generation intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) technology for complex peripheral arterial disease. Amplitude Vascular Systems develops a CO₂-generated pressure wave IVL platform aimed at treating severely calcified arterial disease, supporting interventional cardiology and vascular procedures in the healthcare MI market. The Stryker acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition by a public company acquisition strategy, integrating AVS’s technology with Stryker’s scale for broader access to peripheral vascular solutions.
