AmWorld Holdings Acquired by Foresight | Logistics M&A Deal

Foresight has acquired AmWorld Holdings, a warehousing distribution business in the UK, for $5 million. AmWorld Holdings provides outsourced “white-glove” logistics services, including courier, freight, logistics and storage, serving about 600 clients across video games and electronics, advertising and marketing, and IT services. Operating from three locations in Colnbrook and Southampton near Heathrow, AmWorld supports warehousing distribution acquisition demand with rapid response times and bespoke customer service. The management buyout acquisition is backed by private equity acquisition capital to fund founder succession, expand Southampton operations, and grow the client base, with Foresight acquisitions targeting logistics M&A opportunities.
