Arnold Insurance Acquired by Shepherd Insurance | Financial Services M&A Deal

Shepherd Insurance has completed the acquisition of Arnold Insurance, a insurance brokerage business in Florida, for an undisclosed amount. Shepherd Insurance acquisitions expand the buyer’s commercial and personal insurance distribution in southwest Florida, including Port Charlotte near Fort Myers. Arnold Insurance, founded in 2014 and led by owner Kyle Arnold, will remain with its team while gaining access to Shepherd’s broader carrier relationships and employee benefits resources. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition and financial services M&A deal type, classified as an announced FL acquisitions bolt-on. Shepherd, founded in 1977 and led by CEO Quinn Shepherd, now operates seven Florida agency offices and 45 offices across six states.
