Atlantic House provides wealth management advisory services, supporting client portfolios and distribution of investment solutions. WisdomTree acquisitions expand active ETF and defined outcome capabilities through this financial services M&A add on acquisition. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition, with WisdomTree acting as a strategic buyer to broaden its platform and strengthen RIA relationships.
