Batish Family Medicine Acquired by Dawson Med | Healthcare M&A Deal

Dawson Med has completed the acquisition of Batish Family Medicine, a urgent care business in North Carolina, for an undisclosed amount. Dawson Med acquires Batish Family Medicine in Leland, N.C., retaining the full staff of the physician practice as of April 1. Batish Family Medicine acquisition brings an established primary and urgent care clinic founded in 1998 to Dawson Med’s footprint, supporting ongoing patient access in the Wilmington area. The Dawson Med acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition within healthcare M&A, with the seller’s founder, Sanjay Batish, MD, retiring from direct patient care and relocating to Raleigh.
