Brace Group Acquired by ZEEH Design Group

ZEEH Design Group (ZEEH), a Hannover Finanz portfolio company, has acquired Brace Group GmbH (BRACE) from GENUI I GmbH & Co. InvKG and other sellers. The transaction is described as a merger that will combine ZEEH and BRACE capabilities.

After the deal, ZEEH and BRACE will operate jointly as a partner for live communication in trade fair construction, events, and interiors. The parties say customers will benefit from increased capacity, innovation, and an expanded range of services. Deloitte Legal supported the transaction with a cross-location team led by Hannover-based partners Dr Harald Stang and John-Patrick Scherer.
