Deal Overview

Atos Group has completed the sale of Bull, its Advanced Computing activities, to the French State. The enterprise value is up to €404 million, including contingent earn-outs totaling €104 million.

The Advanced Computing perimeter includes High-Performance Computing (HPC) & Quantum and the Business Computing & Artificial Intelligence divisions, which generated revenue of approximately €0.7 billion in fiscal year 2025. The transaction perimeter was adjusted to exclude zData, and contingent earn-outs were revised from €110 million to €104 million.

Atos says the divestiture supports its strategic plan to refocus on cybersecurity, mission-critical systems and digital services, while the French State becomes Bull’s sole shareholder. The deal was structured to ensure continuity of service for Bull’s clients and employees.
