Campbell Lutyens Acquired by Lazard | Financial Services M&A Deal

Lazard has acquired Campbell Lutyens, a wealth management RIA business in the United States, for $575 million. Campbell Lutyens provides private capital advisory services for fundraising and investment strategy, supporting clients across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate. Lazard acquisitions in financial services M&A aim to build a dedicated private capital advisory platform by combining Campbell Lutyens capabilities with Lazard’s existing fundraising and secondary advisory expertise. The platform acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer and includes potential performance-based additional consideration of up to $85 million. Lazard plans to launch Lazard CL and expects earnings impact from 2027 onward, with the deal status announced.
