MYNY has completed the acquisition of Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate, a residential brokerage business in New York, for $350 million. Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate operates in NYC residential brokerage, with 135 agents and more than $350 million in annual sales, including Hamptons operations following a 2022 Coldwell Banker franchise merger. MYNY acquisitions expand its real estate services footprint in NY and support independent brokerage growth through LeadingRE backend services such as relocation, referrals, and market intelligence. The strategic acquisition is structured as a divestiture acquisition after Compass International Holdings completed a $1.6 billion acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate and related brands, while MYNY positions agents to differentiate amid brand sameness and reduced franchise tech and reach.
