Contemporary Coachworks Acquired by AutoCanada | Industrials M&A Deal

AutoCanada has completed the acquisition of Contemporary Coachworks, a industrial services other business in Calgary, Alberta. AutoCanada acquisitions add a two-location collision repair platform with more than 40 years of operating history, focused on OEM-certified luxury vehicle repairs for north and south Calgary. Contemporary Coachworks supports certified work across 15 OEM brands, including Tesla, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Volvo, Acura, and Volkswagen, strengthening AutoCanada’s luxury collision footprint. The add on acquisition expands AutoCanada’s Collision Centre Operations network to 35 collision centres with 26 OEM certifications covering 37 vehicle brands, and it is expected to improve capacity management and retain collision repair volume during peak hail and severe weather demand.
