Newark Engineering Group Acquired by Wesco | Industrials M&A Deal

Wesco has acquired Newark Engineering Group, a industrial services other business in Singapore, for $136 million. Newark Engineering Group provides data center cooling and lifecycle services, supporting engineered thermal management for facilities in Singapore. Wesco acquisitions in engineered cooling expand Wesco’s capabilities and strengthen its add on acquisition strategy in Southeast Asia data center infrastructure. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition, with Wesco buying 100% of Newark Engineering Group on a cash-free, debt-free basis for SGD 175 million, and the deal is announced.
