CreateFuture Acquired by Version 1 | Technology M&A Deal

Version 1 has completed the acquisition of CreateFuture, a IT consulting business in Scotland, for an undisclosed sum. Version 1 acquisitions add CreateFuture’s AI-native technology services capabilities, with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Sofia, and a team of 550 professionals serving highly regulated clients. CreateFuture supports iGaming, financial services and utilities with practitioner-led delivery, strengthening Version 1’s AI-first digital transformation programmes across public and private sectors. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition, with Version 1 employing around 500 people in Belfast and targeting a combined organisation of 4,250 employees and more than €500 million in annual revenues.
