Choice Health at Home has acquired three home-based care businesses: Cy-Fair Health Care, Alliant Home Health, Palliative and Hospice Care, and Senior Nannies Private Care. The acquisitions expand Choice’s in-home care footprint and support CEO David Jackson’s strategy to build a comprehensive in-home care provider.

Choice is based in Tyler, Texas and provides home health, hospice, personal care, and rehabilitation services across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada. Cy-Fair Health Care expands Choice’s Texas presence with home health services across Southeast Texas, while Alliant expands Choice’s Denver-area footprint with home health, hospice, and palliative services. Senior Nannies Private Care adds skilled nursing, personal home care, and assisted living placement solutions, with operations based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
