DBA Commercial Real Estate Acquired by DuWest | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

DuWest has completed the acquisition of DBA Commercial Real Estate, a commercial brokerage business in Texas, for $60M. DuWest acquisitions combine retail and land brokerage, tenant representation, investment sales, development services, and property management for Dallas-Fort Worth and statewide Texas clients. DBA Commercial Real Estate acquisition expands DuWest’s commercial brokerage platform with leasing, retail property management, and support for national and regional tenant clients. The merger acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, creating a new DuWest firm with about 45 team members, more than 500 leased properties totaling over 10M SF, and nearly 3.5M SF of managed retail space.
