TridentCare Acquires DispatchHealth Imaging Unit

TridentCare has announced its acquisition of DispatchHealth’s imaging business unit, effective January 20, 2026. The imaging division operates across 16 states and provides portable X-ray and ultrasound services to patients at home, in post-acute settings, and in correctional settings.

TridentCare said adding DispatchHealth Imaging’s customers and resources to its national infrastructure will expand market presence and improve response times, scheduling flexibility, and service standardization. DispatchHealth will continue to coordinate mobile imaging for patients through its technology and partnerships.
