TotalEnergies has completed the acquisition of the EPH flexible power generation platform, a renewable energy business in Western Europe, for an undisclosed amount. The EPH flexible power generation platform operates flexible natural gas and biomass power plants plus battery energy storage systems across Amsterdam and key markets including Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, and France. TotalEnergies acquires EPH flexible power generation platform to expand flexible generation and large-scale battery storage capacity, with about 14 GW installed or under construction and nearly 30 TWh generated in 2025.
