Learn it Media Acquires EvergreenCSD Employee Engagement

Learn it Media, an internal communications firm focused on workforce performance, announced the acquisition of EvergreenCSD’s Employee Engagement division. The deal is described as expanding Learn it Media’s capabilities and supporting continued growth for Learn it Media and its parent, SEMM Holdings, LLC.

As part of the acquisition, Rose Janssen, founder and longtime leader of EvergreenCSD, joins Learn it Media as Vice President of Client Services. Learn it Media develops communication and learning solutions intended to influence behavior and generate measurable business value.
