Fagioli Acquired by CEVA Logistics | Logistics M&A Deal

CEVA Logistics has completed the acquisition of Fagioli, a logistics other business in Italy, for an undisclosed amount. CEVA Logistics acquires Fagioli to expand specialized heavy lifting and project logistics capabilities, including design, engineering, and execution of complex hauling and hoisting for large-scale industrial projects. Fagioli’s project logistics teams support end-to-end delivery from planning through installation, strengthening CEVA’s ability to serve EPC partners across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. The Fagioli acquisition is a platform acquisition within CEVA Logistics acquisitions, adding about 450 employees and thousands of owned and leased heavy-lift assets, after signing in December 2025 and receiving regulatory approvals to close.
