Field & Main Bancorp Acquired by Stock Yards Bancorp | Financial Services M&A Deal

Stock Yards Bancorp has completed the acquisition of Field & Main Bancorp, a banking business in Kentucky, for $36.6 million. Field & Main Bancorp operated retail banking branches across Henderson, Lexington, and Cynthiana, Kentucky, and Evansville, Indiana, serving community customers through Field & Main Bank. Stock Yards Bancorp acquisitions expand its footprint in Western Kentucky and extend customer access across Kentucky into the Cincinnati, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana markets. The merger acquisition is a public company acquisition within financial services M&A and KY acquisitions, with full system integration expected by October 17, 2026.
