Quaint Oak Bank, a Southampton, Pennsylvania community bank, provided an SBA 7(a) term loan to finance a U.S. military veteran, Garmani Maw, in his acquisition of a Signarama franchise. The bank connected with Maw through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Lender Match portal in March 2025.

Quaint Oak’s Commercial Relationship Manager John Dittbrenner coordinated across departments to structure financing aligned with Maw’s goals and resources.
