GH Energy Rental Acquired by CES Power | Energy M&A Deal

CES Power has completed the acquisition of GH Energy Rental, a energy services other business in Ireland. CES Power acquisitions also include Event Power and Purecore, expanding its footprint across Irish energy M&A. GH Energy Rental acquisition targets rental-focused energy services, supporting CES Power’s add on acquisition strategy in the energy services market. The private equity acquisition was structured as an add on acquisition under CES Power, backed by Allied Industrial, with deal terms and size undisclosed and the three acquisitions closed together.
