Talent Harbour Acquires Goldbeck Recruiting

Talent Harbour Group acquired Goldbeck Recruiting, a talent management and executive search firm, in a platform-building transaction.

Talent Harbour said the acquisition strengthens its national executive search and talent management platform, adding executive search, recruiting, leadership development, coaching, career transition and outplacement, fractional HR, and full life-cycle people solutions. The firm also described expanded cross-border executive search and recruiting for U.S. employers hiring in Canada and Canadian companies recruiting across the United States. Founder Henry Goldbeck will continue leading the business.
