Honeywell productivity solutions and services unit Acquired by Brady | Manufacturing M&A Deal

Brady has acquired Honeywell productivity solutions and services unit, a industrial equipment business in South Carolina, for $1.4 billion. The Honeywell PSS unit provides data collection and tracking solutions, including mobile computers, barcode scanners, printing products, and repair and maintenance services for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and retail. Brady acquisitions in industrial equipment acquisition expand its identification and protection offerings and add a global footprint tied to Fort Mill, South Carolina operations. The divestiture acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with expected completion in the second half of 2026, after Honeywell’s 2025 review of the PSS unit.
