Carasent has acquired InfoSolutions, a healthcare IT business in Sweden, for an Enterprise Value of SEK 115 million. Carasent acquisitions bring in InfoSolutions Sverige AB, which connects Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems with laboratories and radiology clinics across Sweden to order, track, and display diagnostic results. By integrating this EHR-to-lab and EHR-to-radiology workflow, Carasent strengthens its platform, increases switching costs for private providers, and expands its ecosystem reach across healthcare providers, labs, and imaging sites. The strategic acquisition is structured as a bolt-on acquisition, with 90% cash and 10% paid via repurchased Carasent shares, supporting healthcare M&A scale-up for a strategic buyer.
