Jackson Supply Acquired by Watsco | Industrials M&A Deal

Watsco has acquired Jackson Supply, a HVAC business in Alabama, for $230 million. Watsco acquisitions expand the Sunbelt footprint through Jackson Supply’s HVAC distribution network serving about 5,000 customers from 25 locations across Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Arizona. Jackson Supply supplies Goodman and Amana HVAC equipment plus a broad range of supplies, accessories, and parts sourced from roughly 200 vendors, supporting contractor and commercial demand. The strategic acquisition is an add-on acquisition within industrials M&A, with Jackson Supply expected to close in the second quarter subject to customary approvals, while operating as an independent business led by its existing management team.
