Jackson Supply Acquired by Watsco | Industrials M&A Deal

Watsco has completed the acquisition of Jackson Supply, a industrial distribution business in Sunbelt HVAC distribution in Florida, for $230 million. Watsco acquires Jackson Supply to expand its HVAC distribution footprint and strengthen supply of heating, ventilation and air conditioning products for contractors and installers. Jackson Supply acquisition adds a Sunbelt-focused network of locations and customer relationships that support Watsco acquisitions across the fragmented North American industrials market. The add on acquisition is an add on acquisition by a strategic buyer, expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, with Jackson Supply continuing under existing management.
