Repaircare Acquired by Pacifica | Industrials M&A Deal

Pacifica has acquired Repaircare, a industrial services other business in County Durham. Pacifica Appliance Services will take over Repaircare client contracts and operational activities, expanding national domestic appliance repair coverage across the UK. Repaircare supports retailer and manufacturer partnerships and processes roughly 80,000 appliance repair jobs per year, aligning with Pacifica’s sustainability strategy to extend appliance lifecycles and reduce waste. The Pacifica acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition and a strategic acquisition, with more than 35 back-office and operational staff transferring under TUPE and around 120 subcontracted engineers moving into Pacifica’s engineer network.
