K25.ai Acquired by NewGenIVF Group | Technology M&A Deal

NewGenIVF Group has completed the acquisition of K25.ai, a SaaS business in Bangkok, for US$4 million. NewGenIVF Group acquires K25.ai to expand exposure to an AI-native livestreaming prediction market platform, using K25.ai’s technology capabilities to support digital asset and information markets. K25.ai’s platform supports AI-native prediction workflows, aligning with NewGenIVF Group acquisitions focused on high-conviction growth themes in technology and SaaS. The add-on acquisition is announced as a public company acquisition, with NewGenIVF Group exercising a top-up option to raise its stake to 6% after an initial US$2 million investment. NewGenIVF Group acquisitions also include adopting a Digital Asset Treasury strategy, with the additional US$4 million split evenly between cash and newly issued Class A ordinary shares.
