Chorus to Acquire Kadex Aero Supply Add-On

Chorus Aviation has signed an agreement to acquire Kadex Aero Supply, an independent distributor of aircraft parts, supplies, and repair and overhaul services. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2026.

Kadex was founded in 1994 and generated approximately US$60 million in revenue in 2025. The privately held company employs around 50 staff across two Canadian locations, with headquarters in Peterborough, Ontario, and a regional supply operation in Calgary, Alberta. Kadex partners with more than 70 OEMs and is expected to complement Chorus's used serviceable materials (USM) business by adding a distribution platform for consistent cash flows.
