Deal Overview

LX Pantos has acquired a logistics center in Katowice, southern Poland, as part of its Europe expansion strategy. The newly built complex comprises five buildings with a combined floor area of 109,000 square meters.

LX Pantos paid 216 billion won ($148 million) for the property, in partnership with the Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corp. and the PIS No. 2 Fund, with additional financing from the Korea Ocean Business Corp. The site is expected to be completed in phases, with full completion scheduled for the first half of 2026, and several tenants have already signed leases.

Katowice is positioned within a manufacturing cluster for automobiles, electronics, machinery, and chemicals, and is expected to support supply chains for Korean companies expanding into Europe.
