Estes Logistics Acquires Key Trucking in Pacific NW

Estes Logistics, a division of less-than-truckload carrier Estes Express Lines, has acquired Key Trucking. The deal became effective at the beginning of the year.

Key Trucking is based in Kent, Washington and provides dry van, flatbed, warehousing and transloading services throughout the Pacific Northwest. It operates 50,000 square feet of climate-controlled space for freight staging and consolidation, and all Key Trucking employees are being transitioned to Estes. ACT Capital Advisors advised Key Trucking on the transaction.
