Lake Tahoe Wealth Management Acquired by Wealth Enhancement | Financial Services M&A Deal

Wealth Enhancement has completed the acquisition of Lake Tahoe Wealth Management, a wealth management ria business in Georgia, for $318 million. Lake Tahoe Wealth Management provides independent wealth management services to clients, supporting Wealth Enhancement’s financial services M&A strategy in the RIA segment. Wealth Enhancement acquires Lake Tahoe Wealth Management to expand its client assets footprint and strengthen its add on acquisition capabilities across GA acquisitions. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition within Wealth Enhancement acquisitions, with the deal marked closed and sized over $100M.
