PGT Trucking Acquires Liedtka Trucking Add-On

PGT Trucking Inc. has acquired Liedtka Trucking, headquartered in Trenton, N.J. Liedtka was founded in 1964 and specializes in flatbed and specialized hauling. Its lanes primarily cover New England, the Mid-Atlantic, the Southeast, and the Midwest.

PGT said the acquisition expands its footprint into New England and the Mid-Atlantic to serve additional Eastern Seaboard customers. The deal adds four terminals in the Northeast, bringing PGT’s total terminals to 31. Phil Liedtka will become vice president of Eastern Operations at PGT and be based in Trenton.
