Nuveen Buys 12 Atlanta Industrial Buildings for $248M

Nuveen acquired a portfolio of 12 industrial buildings scattered across the Atlanta area for $248 million from a Blackstone subsidiary. The properties were originally acquired by Blackstone in 2019 as part of a larger transaction involving Link Logistics.

The portfolio includes assets at locations such as 1280 Lakes Pkwy in Lawrenceville, 1685 Boggs Rd in Duluth, and 2021 Cedars Rd in Lawrenceville. The deal is described as an industrial property divestiture by Link Logistics’ parent, with Nuveen taking ownership of the Atlanta-area buildings.
